It's such an emotional experience ... you try to imagine your life there ... and that's why it's so important to work with people you trust. Why Buyers and Sellers Choose The Stephanie Beeson Team

We don’t just sell you a house, we help you find your home. Our team grew up in Northeast Ohio, and we bring that local knowledge to every client, whether you’re a first-time buyer in Akron, relocating from out of state, or selling a home you’ve loved for years.

For buyers: we check the MLS at least twice a day and send you new homes the moment they hit the market, then negotiate hard to win the one you love.
For sellers: staging and accessorizing, virtual staging for empty homes, professional photography and video, and a dedicated website for every listing.
For everyone: same-day responses, honest advice, and a trusted network of lenders, inspectors, contractors and title companies.
